Palm has continued to play their cat and mouse game with Apple regarding iTunes syncing for the Palm Pre. Recently, Apple updated iTunes to 8.2.1 which seemingly was released with the sole purpose of patching the hole Palm used to allow the Pre to sync with the flagship digital music store. Now, Palm has pushed an update of webOS to the Pre that once again allows syncing through Apples desktop client.

You can get the widget here. It allows you to enter a search query, along with a catchy title and a caption. Twitter provides a preview so you can customize it to fit your site. Once you have picked the perfect color and size you just click “Finish and grab code”. Paste the code into your site and it will continuously update with new tweets of the chosen search terms.

Swirling rumors that Apple has been working on an iPod Touch with built in camera and microphone may have been confirmed. Wired is reporting that “A well-connected source” has told them that factories in China have already begun churning out said device.

I just finished watching the Billy Mays tribute on the Discovery Channel. Feeling a bit sentimental I started searching for Billy Mays stuff on the net. I came across this gem of a useless, yet fun, application: Billy Mays Caps Lock.
The application, when installed, plays random Billy Mays sound bites of his famous pitch lines when you hit the caps lock key. After installing, I hit my caps lock to hear Billy say, “Hi, Billy Mays here!”, which quickly brought a smirk upon my face.

Unlike the LPGA, the NFL will not encourage the use of twitter, by team players and staff, during sporting events. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello emailed NBC Sports this morning explaining that tweeting during a live game will get you the yellow flag and fines.

First, you need to download these 2 files:

iPhone 3G[s] 3.0 firmware: iPhone 3G[s] 3.0 Restore Firmware .ipsw (592)
Once you have saved these files to your desktop for easy access, we will begin the jailbreak process.
