How to get Facebook back on iphone after jailbreak?

After I did the jailbreak thing on my phone, off course all previous apps and info was deleted, but there are some I cant get back like facebook, myspace, and several other chatting and gaming ones
I get a response everytime that I try to download which says “this program is not compatible for this Iphone” although I already had them prior to the jailbreak? anyone any answers or tip to get it back on?

what firmware are you on. some apps only work on certain version firmwares.
Try restoring and then add the apps, does it work?
if not, then you know its not the jailbreak.
If it works,
Jailbreak (using quickpwn from dev team) and see if it works.
