		<description>Not at all...the jailbreak is a software hack. It&#039;s like you installed Microsoft Office on your computer, then reformatted it...can anyone tell that you ever installed? Nope (and for you tech geeks out there...computers use a hard drive whilst the iPhone uses flash memory, so no, you can&#039;t recover the data).

Now if you unlocked it...then they can tell, since it&#039;s a different part of the iPhone (you can relock it, but it&#039;s more difficult)</description>

		<description>Not unless you activate it (the non ATT way) with anysim. If you just jailbreak it, as soon as you restore it the jailbreak is gone.  

Depending on which software you&#039;re using to jailbreak the phone with, the software should be able to jail the phone again.  iDemocracy does this, as well as most other iPhone jailbreaking/activating pieces of software out there.</description>
