With Active Glasses, you get an accurate beautiful picture & because Sony is building great new content for gaming, movies and television so that you will be able to take full advantage of the 3D experience. The 3D button on the remote lets you simulate 3D on all your 2D footage. Because we use full frame 1920×1080 technology, you don’t lose brightness or detail when you go 3D.

@EXTREMEhacks4U what he meant buy that is if u all ready have a Sony Bravia HX series tv that is 3d then all u have to buy is 3d glasses and a 3d transmitter and there u go.. not that all tvs r upgradeable

Cool! But wait! Did he just say that TV’s wiil be upgradeable to 3D? Does that mean you won’t need to buy a whole new TV just the receivers and glasses?! Because we just bought a new HDTV in November!
So what you really do is buy a sertain type of movie, and then this TV will play it in 3d? can you also just watch regular movies or TV?

I have glasses and hearing this news, I will defiantly consider buying this product when available to purchase.
