how can you install skype messenger or other software in it ?
music? o_o
It should have a melting screen saver =D or the outline of the numbers have different colors settings
the hero is pretty laggy and the desing of the hero is something not evryone like. i am neutralt to this, not evry thing have to look as boring as the iphone. but i think the hero update taked away the lags pretty mutch. the best of the samsung galaxy is the amoled screen and the camera is a bit better + led flahs light
download something from android market for this. mabey there even exsist msn widget for the homescreens
OH but see I have 2 phones on my account and by the time my other phone gets ready for an upgrade the Samsung i7500 will be marked down half price if I even still want that phone around that time….. by then something better might be out. And as far as the screen goes I normally keep the brightness down to save battery anyway and I still haven’t filled up the 4 gb card that came with my MyTouch. So what if the MyTouch can only go to 16gb. I’m still having a ball with it.
Oh well. You won’t have the pretty AMOLED screen which shows beautiful images or the 8gb internal memory or the 5Mp cam
Oh too late….. I already bought the T-Mobile MyTouch and I am loving it!!!!!!!!!
But you can download it onto the phone..
t-mobilewill get it. AT the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year. I can’t wait till it’s in stores!
It’s so annoying that the new android phones only provide google talk as the only instant messaging option! AIM, AOL, MSN etc. have been removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if your wanting multi-touch why not get the hero? looks alot better than this one, and the sense Ui runs perfectly, looks much better than the default ui
I hope T-Mobile USA gets this phone. I think this one will be so much better than the MyTouch.
Sorry if I got some stuff wrong, but I think I got my facts straight. And yeah, I agree with you. Hopefully the final build of the I7500 will be a bit faster and responsive. Guess all we can do is wait and see.
Apple threatened to sue Google if they put multi-touch on Android. However, Android devices have the ability to use multi-touch, if you root the phone. The European version of the HTC Hero will have multi-touch and flash, but the U.S version will not. See, it’s complicated to explain, I don’t understand the issue very well myself. The HTC Hero is running on HTC’s custom HTC UI, so HTC can make the phone do anything they want kind of. But Google branded Android phones are restrained by Google.
Multi Touch can be enabled on any of the android phones, its just not enabled by default.
There are ways of turning it on, but android having it naively turned on would be good.
I’m kinda curious about one thing… Isn’t multi-touch capability supposed to be a feature of the Android OS versus something that individual companies implement on their devices separately?.. That being said, I heard the HTC Hero might have mulit-touch through their Sense UI… But it’s a bit confusing so i was hoping for some clarification on that…
As for the i7500, I hope that’s not the final build version because the OS experience (i.e. scrolling) seems a bit unnatural…
I really want this phone too! One person said that the Samsung would have multi-touch, but this wasn’t confirmed information. Android NEEDS multi-touch. Also, the Samsung I7500 is said to be released in the U.S in November. I can’t wait, this phone looks so awesome! Hopefully it gets Donut.
I was about to get a Pre when I decided to see what Samsung was coming out with next. I found an article declaring the I7500 passed FCC and it is just the excuse I needed to leave Sprint. I hope a future update of Android enables multitouch, the Pre has it. I hope T-Mobile USA announces soon when this will be released. I want it soo bad!
Great video!!!
