like what do you mean the media you got frm itunes on your phone cuz I still have both my playlist frm itunes went to double twist it will not delete

all you do is when you download double twist click on file then go to where it says import videos frm youtube then a window will come up then go to the youtube video you want on youtube copy the url paste it on the import window click then it will dowload when finshed it will be in videos then you drag it onto yo palm pre it shows you if you get lost
