Palm Pre Day 3 Pt 1

Hey guys, thank you so much for your comments on my first video. Continuing on Day 3 with the Pre, I thought i would give you guys another update. Unfortunately, I can’t show you a lot of hands on stuff until my new webcam comes in, so I’m just talking about my experience more. I’ll try to answer some of your questions/comments. The phone comes with 8GB. I would say with average quality mp3s you could get more than a 1,000 tracks some room for apps, etc.
how many songs do u think it could hold since it doesnt have a micro sd slot

i luv ur videos cause there really down to earth and easy to understand thnks for be such an average persone and not someone who is really technical thnks
The battery life is alright, if you just make calls and text it will last you all day, but if your a heavy data user be prepared to charge this thing atleast twice in a 24 hour period. They make an extended battery for it that is the same size, gives you 20% more life. So getting that would help and switching out between the two batteries would give you all day heavy use easily.
i would like to have an on screen keyboard for landscape mode, so you dont keep having to turn it around and also a portrait one so that you can type in quick replies without having to slide open the keyboard.
One of the best reviews on youtube atm. Quick question. Hows the battery life? I heard a lot of bad things about it, so plz can u go over that? Thanx!
What do you use for app purchasing? PayPal?
you can stream any file of any size on iphone > palm fail
Media downloads over 3G have a 10 MB cap. Anything bigger needs to be dl in wifi.

As far as your Games question, there are only 3 games: Sudoku, Connect 4, SpeedBrain. I have a feeling you probably wont see games like the ones the iPhone has until the Pre gets Flash support, but thats just a guess.

You can download music over 3G on the iPhone.
The iPhone has “Next” and “Previous” buttons when you’re entering your username and password and any other kind of text fields.

hello JR, i just wanted to say how very helpful you are..;0) GREAT PRESENTATION by the way and you are being yourself. ur what i was looking for. see I have the palm centro and luv it.. what about your doc’s, i write poems and such in my doc’s when u have a file to move to ur email and such…when u mess with that it would be nice to hear what you think about that.
and then one last question is no one has mentioned if there are any games on the phone
keep making videos man, you’re doing great. you have good ideas and good insight
you quite unbiased, especially towards the iPhone, which i love seeing
