I believe Apple fixed the problem and removed the ability to sync the Pre through iTunes.

I believe palm pre is better than the storm. Storm is being tagged as the worst BB. Plam pre is actually good how ever the screen is only 3.1 inches

palm pre. it may have a few more bugs, but blackberry storm hasn’t had the best reviews.
You can update to the newest itunes because newest palm update fixed what apple screwed up
if u have a palm pre dont download itunes 8.2.1 it stops the syncing

storm has a bigger screen but as for as which one is better in my opinion its a toss up if u are a power email business user storm but fun / business phone then pre
